TutorMundi is an online tutoring platform that helps schools support their students in their studies by offering access to qualified tutors in various subjects. With an intuitive system, the platform aims to improve school performance and facilitate learning.

Scenario / Challenge

TutorMundi faced the challenge of relying mainly on outbound to generate demand, while organic inbound generated leads that didn't book meetings. This limited the growth and conversion of opportunities and slowed down the life of the pre-sales team.

Resolution

To overcome this challenge, a paid media strategy was implemented with campaigns on the Meta and Google Ads platforms, focusing on attracting qualified leads and increasing the volume of sales opportunities.

Results
