The company

Emusys is a SaaS music school management platform that has been on the market for 6 years. With the aim of boosting music education in Brazil, it has dedicated itself to improving the market, making life easier for managers and providing a better experience for students.

The Challenge

Emusys' goal was to achieve consistent growth, as well as becoming a market leader and a benchmark for music school managers. As such, we focused on building a format that would generate more qualified leads according to their ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and increase their conversion into new sales.

There is no magic recipe in digital marketing, so to achieve these results we divided the project into 3 pillars.

The way your company positions itself on the Internet, through text and image communication, brings different perceptions and feelings to your consumer. Regardless of your niche and product, you need to convey trust, authority and other characteristics so that your audience wants to talk to you and close a deal.

Channels

Emusys had a scope of work where only 1 channel was being developed for capture.

In this case, we tested several new channels (with different objectives), including social networks, rich content and various ads. During this testing and experimentation phase, we found a format (which we hadn't worked with before) that was 105% more efficient in generating qualified leads.

CRO (Conversion Optimization)

"My website doesn't generate leads," is a phrase our sales team hears a lot. But we need to understand that not every website is designed to generate leads. Many websites are just a presentation of the company and in some cases there isn't even a place for visitors to leave their contact information.

To achieve this, it was essential to develop a strategic sales page (commercial landing page), focused on the audience's pain points and the maximum conversion of visitors into leads.

In addition, continuous improvements were made to the pages and ads, so that we could achieve greater results with the same investment. Changes were made to the layout, texts and images until a consistent result was achieved.

Results

In this case study, Emusys increased the conversion rate of visitors into new leads by 559% . It also increased its monthly sales volume by more than 2x, beating all targets and becoming the market leader.
